Who may report
A rights holder or authorized representative may submit a notice concerning content they believe infringes a valid intellectual property right.
Reports should be specific enough for the affected page and claimed right to be identified.
Required report details
A notice should include contact information, a description of the protected work, the affected page URL, the rights basis, and a statement that the reporter is authorized.

Handling process
Review and action
The store may remove, adjust, restrict, or pause affected content while a notice is reviewed.
Additional documentation may be requested if the notice is incomplete, unclear, or appears unrelated to the affected content.
Abuse prevention
Incomplete, misleading, abusive, or bad-faith notices may be rejected.
Site design, text, images, brand marks, layout, and product presentation should not be copied or reused without permission where rights apply.
